The
Pickus Self-Perform Group employs tradesmen in excavation, site utilities, concrete,
carpentry, and general labor. We provide these services to the other groups within the
Pickus Companies, but we also extend them to other construction management companies as
well. By separately managing the field trades, we are able to create better focus of our
crews in specific disciplines. This allows us to deliver top rate quality and competitive
pricing. It is not uncommon for Pickus trades to set the standard of quality on any
project they perform. In addition, our tradesmen are constantly trained in the latest
safety techniques to ensure they work safely at all times. Pickus also employs a full time
safety director to monitor job site safety, not only for Pickus projects, but any project
that Pickus employees work at. |
