Special Projects Division


The Special Projects Division (SPD) was formed to fulfill a key role in serving our clients. We provide construction services for special projects such as additions, reconfigurations, tenant build-out and rehabilitations. We have found that our customer's needs for these projects can exceed those of "ground up" projects simply because of the special circumstances involved. Our division recognizes those needs - such as working within existing office or industrial environments where downtime is not an option, completing projects with seemingly impossible time frames, matching existing work with new materials, etc. Our project team is an experienced group with this type of construction and we know the in's and out's of dealing with tenants, property managers, municipalities, and inspectors. Our first and foremost goal is to please the customer through exceptional service. The SPD complements Pickus in our ability to handle any size project in any setting in any locale. Whether the project is 1,500 or 150,000 square feet, Pickus has the talents and resources to handle the job.
